1. DISCOVERY CALL
Every business & leader have unique needs that need unique solutions. During this 30min call our Customization Specialist will discuss your needs and pinch points.
2. PLACEMENT STRATEGY
Based on your needs and budget, our team will vet and interview PM or VA candidates to assess personality, skill, and culture fit.
3. INTRO TO EXPERT OPERATOR
The right fit matters! We will set-up a call between you and your Expert Operator to confirm business fit. We want you to be confident in the person you are inviting to serve your needs and represent your business.
4. KICKOFF CALL
We will meet with you and your PM or VA for a 60 minute kickoff call to review goals, communication plans, expectations. This helps ensure a fast and focused start.
5. ONGOING CHECK-INS
We are here to serve you and that service doesn’t stop at placement. We do ongoing check-ins you and your Expert Operator to ensure excellence so that you are getting to WORRY LESS and FOCUS MORE.
6. ONGOING DEVELOPMENT
